Hi! I’m a first-generation Latina from the Bronx, born to immigrant parents from Honduras. Their resilience and sacrifices shaped me in every way.
The long story? I’ve been walking toward this work since the day I was born. The short story? For years, I was moving through life as a shell, dissociating to escape the compounded grief I carried. Then, ten years ago, I watched a grieving friend fight like hell to heal—and it hit me like a ton of bricks. Should I do it too? My family had been steeped in grief for so long that I thought my numbness was normal. We didn’t talk about pain; we were taught to endure it. This is life- end of story.
I don’t blame them. But stuffing my pain deep down didn’t make it disappear—it just made it harder to feel anything. The journey back to myself wasn’t easy, but it was beautiful. And I’m still releasing, still healing. But I’m no longer just alive—I’m living. No one tells you that when you suppress the bad feelings, you also lose the good ones. And not feeling joy? That’s the real tragedy.
Last year, in my endless search for purpose, I thought I’d find it in a career. Instead, I found my soul’s calling. I enrolled in Nikki Novo’s Soul Reading Method, and my life transformed. My psychic gifts, which had flickered in and out throughout my life, fully awakened. Suddenly, everything made sense—the years of psychics telling me I was meant to heal. And they were right. First, I had to heal myself. Only then could I show up in full alignment and integrity to help others do the same.
